Exchanges and Refunds
For the safety and sensitivity of our hair extension and wig products, and more so because of Covid, we do not accept returns and exchanges. We do not want to resell hair extension products that may have been touched or tried on by other customers and want to provide each customer new product.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for pre-orders or custom orders.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions or wigs. There are some exceptions and we ask that you contact customer service for assistance.
If a return is initiated by us you will receive a refund minus the shipping fee. We do not refund shipping fees. Refunds can take 7-10 days to be returned to your original method of payment.
If your product is defective we will replace or refund your order.
If a product is returned to us without notice we are not liable and will not issue a refund or exchange that product.
If your order is returned to us due to a "bad" address according to the shipping courier we will not be responsible for the re-ship fee. If you decide you do not want the product after it was returned by the shipping courier we will issue you a full refund minus the shipping fee.
